Free wifi, location, clean enough for a no frill one night stay.
There was a fridge in the room (and a big supermarket nearby), the value for money was quite ok, and even though it is one street away from the coast, you can still have a sea view if you get a room facing in the direction.
Friendly & accomodating staff.
No air conditioning, the rooms facing the west are very hot with no proper air circulation. If we stay again we will ask for rooms on the back side! There should be a non smoking floor, as someone was smoking a cigar on the 2 nd floor, smell it everywhere? Better refrigerators?
We were well looked after and very happy with our accommodation.
Front desk was friendly and very helpfull.
Dirty carpeting in room. Somewhat rowdy crowd here, making it a little noisy.
The M.D. gives good value for the money. The staff was accommodating and pleasant tio deal with.
There was nothing extraordinary about the hotel. It served my purposes well. A comfortable pklace to lay my head.
Convenient to boat dock. Room comfortable.
Slow checkin. Parking not adequate no view. No breakfast.
Prompt late-night checkin
Much more expensive than we expected. Uncertain reference due to cost. Booked in for ferry convenience
staff was helpful. had a small problem, fixed quickly
We found the hotel to be very handy for the BC Ferries.
It needs upgrading.
The front desk staff were competent. Re-booking due to ferry cancellations was no problem. Rooms are a bit "tired" but clean and comfortable. Good value for the price. Location for travellers without a vehicle is good.
Noisy on the front street.
It was a good price and close to the ferry terminal
It was very economical, location was O.K.
The beds were hard, no box springs. The hallway was dark and dreary. Could not access parking by elevator after 11:30 pm and had ? if there were problems at parking with intruders. Very hot in the room because no air conditioning, there was a fan but did not help much tell it started to cool down outside.
It was ok for a night stay.
A bit old-fashioned. In the corridor it smelled (not fresh). There came brown water out of the bathtap for at least 5 minutes. The outlook was nice.
